As ever, there’s plenty of local action to look forward to this weekend, with our football and rugby teams striving for wins.  Here’s the fixture list for our senior sides.

If you’re intending to pop along and support your team, it’s probably best to check with the club prior to venturing out, as the weather looks to be taking a turn for the worse this weekend.

If you can’t get to the match, though, do the next best thing and tune into Gateway Sport, on 97.8 and here online, from 3pm on Saturday, where scores are regularly updated.  The featured live game should be East Thurrock United v Welling United in the FA Trophy, so you’re bound to be an early Christmas cracker when you tune in this weekend!
