Monday Drivetime!
It may seem a bit bizzare posting this over 2 hours since the show aired, but I thought I might as well let you know I’m going to be doing Monday Drivetime on a “regular” basis!
So what does that mean? Well all the usual features will be in the show of course, 2 job vacancies, sport, showbiz, travel and national and international news – but I’ll throw in some different ones as well.
Something that goes great with the first day after the weekend, the box office figures – they get sent over, giving you an insight into the most popular local films. Another random one I tried today, was “Number one, but a few years ago” which today was ‘Mika – Grace Kelly’, from 2007.
I’m always thinking of random things to take for a whirl on the show, so don’t be surprised if you hear something that wasn’t planned at all!
Side notes: I tripped up an escalator today, before the show, deleted MySpace and according to Jade, who works at the station- I’m a “hipster”, purely based on this picture:

Anyway, I’ll let you be the judge of the whole “instagram” thing that I have going on recently. But most importantly, the thing you should take away from this seemingly pointless blog post is that:
A – You should listen to Drivetime from 4pm every weekday
B – You should listen to MONDAY drivetime’s from 4pm on . . . Monday, funnily enough!
