On the day before voting in the 2014 British Blues Awards (BBA) opens, this week’s edition of the British Blues Awards nominated Digital Blues on Gateway 97.8 features the nominees in the Keyboard Player of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Emerging Artist of the Year categories.

I open and close with tracks from Walter Trout’s soon to be released CD and there are tracks from the Ron Sayer Band, Jo Harman & Company, Katie Bradley, Paddy Milner, Dale Storr, King King, Northsyde, the Aynsley Lister Band, The Hoax, the Trevor Sewell Band, Marcus Bonfanti, the Mark Pontin Group, Brothers Groove, Thomas Ford, Half Deaf Clatch, King Size Slim and Gary Grainger.
