The 2014 Commonwealth Games are under way today and if the action was as good as the opening ceremony, we are in for a fantastic games. Today has a fantastic line up of sports this includes
Badminton, Track Cycling, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Hockey, Judo, Lawn Bowls, Squash, Swimming, Triathlon, Table Tennis and Weightlifting.
Today, a total of 20 Gold Medals are available so the first day of the 2014 promises to be special.
If you are watching the Commonwealth Games Today look out for some of these names and be ready to cheer them on. Hopefully Team England can win some gold medals today. The athletes  that are listed are competing in events in which medals will be handed out today.
