Neil Gits Backache !

I thought I might have over done it earlier this week, spending too many hours at the PC planning radio shows and preparing quiz nights. I was in quite a bit of discomfort in the lower back area, but after realizing that I’d just had a seriously busy week all round, I was probably just – KNACKERED !  I spent the rest of this week fighting off a minor sniffle and a slight sore throat which confirmed that doing five quizzes and two radio shows in nine days was always going to take its toll, but all is back to normal again now (or as normal as my life ever gets!) and I am looking forward to a night off this evening, including listening to myself on the repeat play of my “Old Gits Soul Show” which is full of soulful, jazzy, funky goodness !!
