Neil Gits Bumped !

It was all going so well last Monday – everything was going to plan and right on schedule and I was looking forward to a nice bite to eat with Nathan and getting into the studio to share some fabulous soul disco & jazz-funk tunes with my listener. Then, whilst on the road in Billericay … BUMP ! A van accidentally reversed staight into me at some traffic lights and time stood still as I inspected the damage and exchanged details with the hugely apologetic driver. Luckily, after checking things out with a handy local garage and contacting a couple of friends for advice, it turned out to be no bigger problem than a new number plate needed. The situation was easily resolved the next day, but at the time my calm state of mind had been ruined and my head was all over the place ! Cue the music !! Two hours of smashing tracks from my cherished collection and I was back to normal (ish!) …
