Vange Riverview Centre robbery appeal

We are appealing for information following a robbery at Vange Riverview Centre, Basildon on Monday 2 December.

At around 7.25am a man wearing a Zombie mask entered the Martins Newsagents and threatened the people in the store with a knife, demanding money and cigarettes.

The man has been described as in his 20s, around 5ft 6in to 5ft 8in tall, of a stocky build and wearing an orange high visibility coat, dark coloured knee length shorts and a blue hoodie.

The man left and walked in the direction towards Whytewaters.

Did you see a man of this description in the area, or anyone wearing or carrying a zombie mask?
