Two people were hit by trains on the same c2c line today, which runs from Shoeburyness to London Fenchurch Street, causing cancellations and delays all day, and passengers being told to wait for buses due to the disruption. The first incident happened just after 7:45am, after a train between Benfleet and Leigh-on-Sea caused the line to close, after hitting a person.
