Free Violin Concert in Southend!

A talented local violin playing duo will be performing classical music for the public, free of charge, at the Southend Civic Centre on Wednesday 13th April.

Jeremiah Dinan and Stanley Hewitt have performed at lots of locations in Essex including Braintree, Witham, and right here in Basildon, at the Eastgate’s art gallery.

The pair will be visiting the Civic Centre in Victoria Avenue, from 12.15pm for 45 minutes at no cost.

The performance in the Council Chamber, will include musical pieces from Bach, Telemann, Bartok, Handel, and Vivaldi.  They will be accompanied by Billericay based musician and teacher, Marilyn Goodman.

Southend Council is holding lunchtime music recitals – it will give residents of Southend and surrounding areas the opportunity to enjoy the talents of competent musicians without having to pay a penny.
