I usually update this blog soon after the Monday show goes out live so that I can flag up any interesting requests that come in or highlight any particularly good songs that get played in time for you to hear them again on Saturday’s “repeat play”. But this week the bit you MUST tune in to hear comes at around about 6.10pm, just as I am about to read out the second selection of “Recommended Old Gits Nights Out” – listen out for the scream as I get a sudden attack of cramp !!
