Word is clearly spreading ! After being asked to cover a Soul Night in Westcliff a few weeks ago at really short notice, this week I received another late call to help out and bring my 70s & 80s Soul Jazz-Funk & Disco collection to Leigh-On-Sea for an airing which will take place this evening (Saturday) – right after the repeat of my show ! The venue is Ye Olde Smack Inn in the historic old High Street, where I am sure we have all spent many a summer evening chilling alongside the fishing boats, and I will be there from 8.30 – 11.30pm with a couple of boxes of CDs crammed with the good stuff to share with you.
But before that you need to do those special warm-up exercises for your ears and feet by tuning in to Gateway 97.8FM or listening online right here via the website from 5-7pm and enjoy this week’s fabulous “Old Gits Soul Show” one more time … 😉
