After a tough time over the last couple of weeks dealing with “stuff”, I decided my first job back in the Old Gits Office this week would be to hunt down some more ESSEX soul nights for the “Recommended Old Gits Nights Out” list posted below. A quick message to the “Soul Family” on Facebook came up trumps and around half a dozen new additions can be seen included – and ready for you to visit with your dancing feet when the date arrives !
It was great to get back on air last Monday after the trauma of my mother’s death the previous week and if you listen to the repeat play of that show at 5pm today you can hear the enthusiams in my voice – as well, of course, as some great soul, jazz-funk and disco tracks !
