It was the first “proper” week of the year this week with five full days of school runs and a list of jobs left over from last year to tackle in tyhe peace & quiet in between! As the weekend approaches, I am looking back on a very productive and quite successful five days, but last Monday I was dead on my feet long before the show was over after a severe lack of sleep the night before and hitting the ground running with that afore-mentioned list!
But whatever state the presenter may find himself in, the music is always lovingly put together and hopefully comes out sounding super-soulful with some nice jazzy / funky / disco touches around the edges. Take a listen to two hours of top tunes from 5pm this Saturday and try to blank out the dozey ramblings in between!! 😉
