Neil Gits Lazy

My regular week usually gets off to a busy start with plenty to keep me occupied getting my show prepared on Monday and making last minute plans for Tuesday’s quiz night, then if I have one of my monthly quizzes in the week, putting that together as well, but usually by the end of the week there are a couple of days or evenings when I have to make a decision. What shall I do with my precious spare time ? Some of it HAS to be spent desperately trying to beat my son Nathan on FIFA15 on his X-Box of course ! But after that, do I arrange to go out and keep in touch with my various colleagues and fellow DJs or do I stay put and tick off one of my many long standing jobs on my endless lists ? This week I did none of those !! The sofa was looking so inviting, the TV remote was calling me and the heating was up just a little higher than normal, with the fridge needing emptying … lazy night in !!

It doesn’t hurt once in a while of course, but now I am struggling to get into gear again and have a busy, busy weekend to deal with –  so much so that I just won’t have time to listen to my fab show again at 5pm this evening ! Hopefully, your life is different to mine and Saturday night is a time you can relax, switch on the radio and enjoy the music which today sounds like this :
