In something of a “holiday hangover” frame of mind, I’ve had a feeling over the last couple of weeks that I’d missed out on some information about one or two of the regular soul gigs that I feature on my “Recommended Old Gits’ Nights Out” spot. So I went to my various sources, armed with a fine tooth comb, and boy what a lot I found! It seems that all the bi-monthly events that were last held in August are having a night in the middle of October well before their C*****mas bash and anyone I hadn’t heard from for a while is back with a next installment either before or after that time – not to mention those soul promoters who are planning waaaaaay ahead and actually selling C*****mas tickets right now – obscene!!! 😉
