It’s all about the tunes this week (and the Lockets & the Soothers too actually…) ! Squeezed in a couple more cuts than usual somehow and alongside those almost forgotten one-off gems, there are plenty of major names with cult & classic tracks. We dip into the 1977 “All n All” LP for some vintage Earth, Wind & Fire, there are 80s hits by Aretha Franklin & The Four Tops to enjoy, a minor success for the Whispers which is every bit as good as their big ones, a request for one of the great Temptations Motown songs, a super “Soul Smoothie” by Maze and … well, read on !
