Neil Gits Spicy !

I’ve not been eating properly lately it’s fair to say. Unusually for me I’ve skipped the odd meal as time runs away from me trying to get all my various jobs done and meet all my many commitments. So on Wednesday and Thursday I made up for it – big time !

Wednesday is almost a sacred night off when I rarely work, then after taking Nathan to football training, we indulge in a “Boys Night In” with the telly, some X-Box and LOTS of lovely food. Pizza was on the menu this week and the four toppings he chose were pepperoni, chili beef, spicy chicken and meatballs – yum !

Thursday saw me fulfill a promise to take  my new lady friend to her local Indian curry house and we went the whole hog ! Poppadoms, kebab starters, rice, chicken , Bombay aloo, nans – with ice cream dessert afterwards too ! Phew, I was stuffed …

Suffice to say after those two meals, I’ve been keeping a low profile since – doesn’t it get windy at this time of the year ?! – but it won’t affect your enjoyment of this week’s repeat play one jot. A two hour  treat strictly for your ears only is on from 5pm this evening and the playlist is attached below :
