Everyone around me seems to have been either suffering from a cold, some other virus or just generally “under the weather” this week – I guess it’s that time of year. I didn’t come through the last seven days unscathed myself, feeling a bit “unsettled” for a couple of days, though I suspect that was mainly down to eating too much of the “wrong stuff”!
