EAST Thurrock United ended their season at Rookery Hill with a battling draw against a determined Enfield Town side gunning for the play-offs.
Rocks had seen their own top five hopes ended last Sunday, following a 2-2 draw with Kingstonian, but manager John Coventry was still determined for his team to finish a season that promised so much strongly.

A REMARKABLE ending at New Lodge saw Billericay Town score three times in six minutes to salvage a draw against Tonbridge Angels.
The game was made more extraordinary as Angels missed a 94th minute penalty, which could have undone all of Craig Edwards’ men work.

GREAT Wakering Rovers lost their final home match of the season as two goals in two minutes took the game away from them against Brightlingsea Regent.
Rovers, who were assured of their position in the division earlier this month, were without top scorer Jay Nash for the encounter against a side who still have top five ambitions at the start of the afternoon.
