Afternoon friends!

Just thought I would catch up with everyone after my weekend off!

Massive thank you to Tyler for an excellent job on last weekend’s #SundayRoast.

I also thought I would treat you to some food and some knowledge today, as it is back to business this weekend on the #SundayRoast.

Firstly, here is a catch up recipe from the Gateway Chef for ya’ll to try out! It truly is DELICIOUS!!!!

If you have your own recipes for the BBQ or the kitchen send them in to our Facebook page by clicking here! I would love to hear all about what you’re serving up!

Sea bass fillet with rosemary, lemon and sea salt

Ingredients
1 fillet sea bass
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
olive oil
sea salt
1 lemon, sliced

Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Slash the skin side of the sea bass diagonally so that the flesh is exposed.
Put a generous amount of the rosemary into the pockets.
Rub the rest of the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Sear in a pan skin-side down until the skin starts to crisp. Transfer to the hot oven for five minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of fresh lemon and good olive oil.

And here comes the knowledge part….

It is International BE A MILLIONAIRE DAY!!!

The term “millionaire” first appeared in the English language in a letter written by Lord Byron in 1816. There were only a few millionaires at the time, but thanks to the Industrial Revolution, more millionaires were created outside the aristocracy. Today there are more than 12 million millionaires scattered around the globe. The origins of Be a Millionaire Day may be unknown, but the day honours the desire to enjoy the freedom and power associated with being financially secure.

If you’re an aspiring millionaire (and who isn’t?) why not celebrate Be a Millionaire Day by following the advice of the most successful sports performance coaches. Use visualization techniques to see yourself surrounded by luxury, free of monetary concerns, and living your life on your terms. Then get down to business – get financial advice, find extra sources of income, save, live within your means and commit to becoming a millionaire.

So there we have it folks… have a great week and I’ll see you on Sunday for the #SundayRoast at 12 midday sharp!
