As you may have seen, here, Kids Inspire in Great Baddow have been announced as recipients of The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service – something which Kids Inspire and Gateway both have in common!
Kids Inspire is based out of Great Baddow, and they empower children, young people and families to make positive change supporting recovery from traumatic experiences or dealing with emerging mental health difficulties.
This award is basically as big as it gets for a voluntary group. Joining me on the phone to talk about it was Emily Patel:
