Russell Stilwell is a local businessman from Billericay, Essex and Founder of Constructionwise Minds, a proactive educational programme which develops practical skills to transform the way in which young people learn.
Russ is a passionate advocate for safeguarding the mental wellbeing of the next generation and believes the education system needs to adapt to reflect the ‘new normal’ we are all experiencing as a result of Covid-19.
The recent pandemic may have caused significant mental health problems for young people as they worry about future job prospects and education programmes, however by teaching the younger generation, within the region, practical and career-based skills, through his Constructionwise Minds workshops, Russ aims to secure confidence and create change.
