LEGS,BUMS & TUMS CLASS
Part aerobics,part toning of the three key areas. This class will work your heart and tone your legs,bum & tum !
We will use small but effective equipment along with body weight exercises to help tone up our wobbly bits.
We will use resistance bands, resistance loops, medicine balls and sliders.
Classes are for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels and they are held in a friendly non judgmental atmosphere.
All exercises can be adapted to suit any fitness level.
