Sara Davies MBE celebrates new route into creative industries for young people

Singer, Author and TV Personality, Alesha Dixon – and TV Presenter and Businesswoman, Sara Davies MBE – have come together to join the ‘T-team’, a group of celebrities hailing T-levels as a game-changing qualification.

The latest T-team recruits are on a mission to share how T-levels can open opportunities for young people within the creative industries by enabling teenagers to bolster their CVs with 45 days of real industry experience and build a network of contacts before they’re 18.

It comes as a new cohort of young people joined brand-new creative T-level courses launched across England in September.

The campaign – which is run by The Gatsby Charitable Foundation – has partnered with the celebrities alongside the release of new research which found almost three quarters of parents (73%) believe the routes and opportunities into the creative industries can feel like they are closed off to many.
