Chelsee Healey on the importance of treating ourselves

Star of Waterloo Road, Casualty, Hollyoaks and Strictly Come Dancing Chelsee Healey is encouraging people to treat themselves this winter, as she battles work, being a mum and training to compete on Dancing On Ice in the coming weeks.

Her call comes as new research show a quarter of people in the UK (25%) never treat themselves.

Budget constraints (22%) and being guilty (11%) are the biggest barriers to people spending money on themselves, with the figures by AliExpress also highlighting despite this, Brits remain generous when it comes to giving to others during the winter months.
