Being able to set your own working hours is a great motivator for many wanting to become their own boss, but new research has revealed it can come with its own, sometimes unexpected, challenges.
In fact, of UK SME owners say they motivated to start their own business by being their boss (64%), almost half (49%) claimed it was the promise of flexible hours, and 45% by the desire to have a good work life balance (36%).
That’s according to new research from Tesco Mobile which reveals the autonomy they cherish, as well as the realities and obstacles that impact their daily lives and personal time.
