NHS & Women Together mental health programme

NHS & Women Together recently held a mental health programme over at the Gielgud Room at Towngate Theatre in Basildon on 29th January.

The event organised by NHS & Women Together was put on by Sidra Naeem where they gave an insight and support for mental health in the community. They explored ways to support mental health in your community, share ideas for improvement and a craft activity to bring everyone together.
