As National Apprenticeship Week (10 – 16 February) shines a spotlight on career development, new research shows that 61% of job seekers, including those currently in employment, have considered an apprenticeship to upskill/reskill for a different career path.
This NAW, the finance sector emerges as a prime area for growth and with Skills England identifying nearly one million roles in finance and insurance as ‘in demand’, apprenticeships could prove to be a vital gateway to connecting talent with opportunities.
