From a single city to a nationwide phenomenon, the journey to a billion has been fuelled by our love for food, and with the next billion on the horizon, one thing was clear… we aren’t done ordering just yet and are now looking ahead to the next big food trends set to take over in 2025!

Pad Thai, Chicken Gyro and Shack Burger were top dishes ordered last year, but from Breakfast Bao to Sunny Salmon, the newly revealed Hot List highlights the dishes rising in popularity across the country.
