Sleep expert on World Sleep Day

Troubled sleep is sweeping the nation, as new research reveals a staggering 65% struggling to fall asleep at night and almost half (46%) reporting worsening sleep quality with age, according to new research by Pukka Herbs.

Women, in particular, report even greater struggles, with more than two-thirds (68%) agreeing that getting a good night’s rest is a challenge.

As work stress, overthinking, and excessive screen time dominate pre-bedtime routines, young women across the UK are missing out on vital sleep, averaging just 6.4 hours a night despite admitting eight hours was their optimum.
