It’s Sleep Month and The Sleep Geek is working to change yawn perceptions, highlighting the physiological importance of yawning.
We’ve all been in an awkward situation where we’ve had to conceal a yawn, be it in a meeting, at a long dinner, or first thing in the morning and new research has revealed that social etiquette is leading millions of us to suppress our yawns daily!
Despite this, nearly 20% of people agree that yawning is one of the most satisfying bodily urges, according to the research by Premier Inn.
