Celebrating the everyday small wins that make us happy

The top 20 ‘home wins’ include finding matching socks in the dryer – someone actually replacing the toilet roll – and fresh sheets on the bed.

New research, commissioned by Cadbury Ice Cream, found 36 per cent of adults love nothing more than getting a parcel delivered earlier than expected, 26 per cent love reaching ‘washing basket zero’ – with nothing left to clean, and 21 per cent find a win by discovering the last ice cream at the back of the freezer. 

Seven in 10 (71 per cent) of those who’ve experienced them believe a small home win can turn a bad day into a good one.
