The third of Aston and Anna’s guests was Kellie Croft, founder of clothing brand Born Anxious and Genesis Allen and Kathy Atwal.

Anna had this to say after the show:

“Another busy show for Aston and I with great guests for the month of November.

Aston and I.at the beginning of thd show chatting All things Strictly because of our love of dance.

This week’s All things Autism in.Essex we were talking about our Antibullying campaign ‘Give us a Break! ‘

All our guests shared their experiences of Bullying and support our campaign ‘We say No to Bullying’

Our first guest:

Meet Macauley Elvin a 28-year-old performer, singer, and actor from Ipswich, Suffolk whose passion for the arts shines through every note and movement. A proud Charity Ambassador for Anna Kennedy Online, Macauley earned a scholarship to train at Pineapple Performing Arts in Covent Garden—an opportunity that helped him grow as both an artist and advocate.

He has studied musical theatre and Graduated in 2024 from Colchester Institute, Macauley has studied at Suffolk new college music performance, and music technology for several years, developing a unique style shaped by his experience living with Asperger’s syndrome. His creativity and resilience are evident in projects like Hollow – Macauley Elvin “Give Us A Break” Anti Bullying…, where he uses performance to raise awareness about bullying and autism.

Macauley lives at home with his loving family: his younger brother Owen, who is autistic, his mum Michelle, and his dad Kenny. Their support has been a cornerstone of his journey, and Macauley’s work reflects the warmth and strength of that bond.

Please checkout the charity website www.annakennedyonline.com on our campaign page to listen to Macauley’s Anti Bullying song ‘Hollow’.

Our second guest was Freya Prince and her lovely mum:

Freya is a kind, caring, and empathetic girl who has just turned 13. Her infectious giggle can brighten anyone’s day, and she has always possessed a vivid imagination and creative spark that’s been evident from a very young age.

Whether she was writing songs and poetry, putting on full-scale shows, filming and directing videos, choreographing dances, or even transforming her bedroom into an island complete with a hotel and a swimming pool (yes — with real water!), Freya’s creativity has always known no bounds. There was even a time she tried to create a COVID vaccine in her homemade science lab!

Freya lives at home with her mum Laura, dad Ray, her big sister Ava, and her best friend Waffle — the family’s adorable dog.

The poem you’re about to hear Freya read was written during a particularly difficult time in her life, while she was attending her third primary school. Her mum had asked her to jot down how she was feeling so they could share it with the GP. Instead, Freya chose to express her emotions the best way she knows how — by turning them into a heartfelt poem.

Not only did she write this powerful piece, but she also choreographed a dance to go along with it — a beautiful and moving performance that she hopes will connect with others who may have gone through similar struggles.

Freya is now attending her fourth school, where she is much happier and feeling more supported. She hopes that by sharing her poem and performance, other children and families who may be going through tough times will feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.
