Psychotherapist Noel McDermott spoke to Ros on Drivetime as part of Mental Health Awareness Week (11th to 17th May) to give tips and advice on how look to after your mental health and wellbeing.
Noel delved into how exercise and being active can help with the mental health and wellbeing along with things like nutrition, how to manage stress levels and even other things to support not only yourself but others as well.
