Mental Health Awareness Week – Vita Health Group

The Vita Health Group offers a range of short term psychological therapies to adults 16-years and over, who are registered with a Basildon, Billericay, Brentwood, or Wickford GP.

It’s a free and confidential NHS service and as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, Tracey Johnson from the Vita Health Group joins Ros Connors on Gateway Drivetime to talk about  this year’s theme: ‘Taking Action’, and talks listeners through some of the services and what they do.
