Eurovision 2026 aftermath

Last Saturday’s Eurovision Song contest saw humiliation for the UK once again with Look Mum No Computer only scoring a single point from Ukraine’s Jury vote.  With nothing coming from the public vote for the song ‘Ein Zwei Drei’, the UK ended up in last place for the third time since 2019.  So what is going wrong?

Fran Winston, Showbiz Journalist for the Daily Express, wrote a damning article saying we should now ditch Eurovision altogether as it is costing us a lot of money.

Fran chats with Gateway’s Ros Connors to do some analysis, and try to draw some conclusions about the artist, 37-year-old Sam Battle, who will perform at Basildon Pride in September this year.
