Neil Gits Out Of Ink

Unless you have incredibly sensitive ears, you won’t have noticed that there was something ever so slightly different in my presentation of the show last Monday ! You see, throughout the two hours I was almost subconsciously aware that something just wasn’t quite right in the studio and it was starting to bug me. Normally I am very meticulous with my preparations for the programme, getting into the studio at least half an hour early to set everything up, but whilst I had done that as usual, still there was something amiss. And about 30 minutes in it clicked … my playlist was printed in red ink !! Obviously it is normally in black, but having been ultra busy in “the office” lately, I missed my trigger to order a new black ink cartridge and ran right out in the afternoon, so it had to be done in another colour. Mystery solved !!
