Britain is in a state of constant busyness, according to new research with many people looking for ways of feeling more efficient… 88% of the country saying their ever-extending to-do lists instil feelings of frustration, stress, regret and guilt.
Further, the study by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), found that seven in ten of us (70%) are likely to blurt out how busy they are when asked the simple question: ‘How are you?’ – Have we replaced the old go-to answer of ‘I’m fine’ with ‘I’m busy’?
