England take on South Africa in Saturday’s Rugby World Cup final in Yokohama with the eyes of the world firmly fixed on them. Whether you’re a real rugby fanatic or just a casual observer, this year’s tournament in Japan has captured the imagination with England surprising many with their fantastic semi-final win over New Zealand after comfortably beating Australia in the last eight. Greene King pubs across the nation were packed last Saturday as fans flocked to enjoy the match atmosphere, despite the early starts- and the final will be even bigger.

However, nothing has been won yet! And South Africa showed against Wales in their last-four match how they can use their strength in the pack to grind out victories. The final of the Rugby World Cup will be aired at more than 500 Greene King pubs nationwide, as the nation rallies behind the team on their quest to become World Champions.

Aston spoke to Andy Goode, former England Rugby Union international to discuss the 2019 Rugby World Cup final in more detail.
