2023 Strictly Come Dancing champions crowned

Following the elimination of former tennis player and broadcaster Annabel Croft the final 3 couples took to the dancefloor to impress the public which only their votes counted. The judges would still score the couples but it was only for guidence, although the couples performed 3 routines which included a showdance.

Topping the judges leaderboard with a combined score of 119 out of 120 was West End performer and Bad Education actor Layton Williams and his dance partner Nikita Kuzmin.

This years winners was announced as… former Coronation actress Ellie Leach and her dance partner Vito Coppola after the public vote.

Strictly Come Dancing will air a Christmas Special on Monday 25th December and these are the celebrities involved this year:

• Historian & TV presenter Dan Snow and his dance partner Nadiya Bychkova
• Former Rugby Union player Danny Cipriani and his dance partner Jowita Przystal
• Eastenders actor Jamie Borthwick and his dance partner Nancy Xu
• Sugababes singer Keisha Buchanan and her dance partner Gorka Marquez
• Newsreader Sally Nugent and her dance partner Graziano Di Prima
• Actress & TV presenter Tillie Amartey and her dance partner Neil Jones
