70% of UK women suffer from poor sleep
In advance of the clocks going back one hour next Sunday, officially at 0200 giving us the opportunity to have an extra 60 minutes of sleep and prepare for Halloween! Although some of us sleep deprived won’t need to prep much for a Zombie look! LOL. And while searches for ‘Does Lavender help you sleep’ are up by a huge 3300% according to Google Trends, with British women in particular reporting feeling more tired than ever, according to new research from No7 Beauty Company.
The research on UK women has found that 42% aged between 25-34 blame their social and personal life on their sleep disturbance, compared to 53% aged between 45-54 blaming their lack of sleep on family worries. A staggering 71% of women reported suffering from poor sleep, attributed to several factors including financial concerns.
