This Christmas, Nationwide Building Society are leading the awareness charge to educate, reassure and ensure the UK is vigilant and doesn’t let its guard down when it comes to shopping online – especially with supply shortages potentially driving people to take even more risk when it comes to purchasing their gifts this year.

With the increase in online shopping in recent years and over the last 18 months, unknown websites and false shopping channels also pose great risks to customers and their wallets.

Aston spoke to former Eastenders actor Shaun Williamson and Ed Fisher, head of policy at Nationwide Building Society.
