All change for 2022 New Year resolutions

Brits will be splashing the cash this year to benefit their health and wellbeing and spending more on travel and holidays abroad are top of the list.

54 per cent of adults have shifted their resolution priorities due to changes in recent years and their health will now dictate how they spend their money in 2022.

The research conducted by Lloyds Pharmacy has revealed four in 10 adults say they have felt restricted by the last few years, in turn driving their increase in expenditure on themselves – while 41 per cent want to make up for lost time.

Aston spoke to health behaviour change specialist Dr Heather McKee.
