Anna Williamson reveals the most stressful time of Christmas

Christmas is almost upon us, but new research today reveals four in ten adults find the big day incredibly stressful.

The precise moment when the enormity of the day sets in is 9:37 am, leaving many at boiling point.

The study by I Heart Wines found getting the lunch timings spot on was the biggest cause of concern, along with worrying about someone saying something controversial at the dinner table (20%), and relatives grilling each other about their love lives (19%).
