Are you driven to ‘breaking point’ with sleep struggles?

No one ever said having young children was easy, but new research reveals the extent of the pressure on parents caused by their child’s fitful sleep and restless nights.

A whopping three quarters (75%) of parents with young children described being at ‘breaking point’ because of the lack of sleep they are getting.

The research, by Childs Farm, also shows that new parents are losing up to 550 hours of sleep during a child’s first six months.

Aston spoke to sleep expert Lisa Lamb.
