Are you stuck in a rut?
Most UK adults say they want to “take the leap” into something new – but fear and finances are stopping them.
New research from Leapmotors reveals that a third of adults (34%) feel anxious about making a change, whether that’s switching jobs, moving cities, or even just redecorating their home. Eight in ten (80%)admit they feel stuck in a rut but won’t do anything about it.
The appetite for change is there: seven in ten (71%) say they’d love to try something new, while nearly two-thirds (64%) confess to feeling envious of people who’ve been brave enough to take the plunge. And the rewards are clear – half of those who did make a change said they felt better and re-energised afterwards.
To help Brits, Leapmotors has partnered with certified life coach, Dior Bediako, to create the Take a Leap Journal, a practical free guide that provides simple tips to and advice for anyone stuck in a rut.
