Are you suffering with broadband issues?
Over half (53%) of all Brits experience broadband issues up to twice a month, according to new research.
And when the broadband drops, it really lets people down with 40 % saying their broadband has failed without warning, impacting a work call or video meeting (17%), making a purchase (13%) or enjoying a film or TV show (12%).
When the research by giffgaff asked about the most extreme consequences of poor broadband, some of the responses from participants included missing out on once in a lifetime concert tickets, losing out on job opportunities, being unable to stream a funeral, and accidentally paying twice for items.
The findings come as giffgaff announces the launch of its new full fibre broadband offering, following feedback from over 500 recruited members who trialled and helped co-create the offering.
Aston spoke to Ash Schofield, CEO of giffgaff.
