Autism Show – February 2025

On Daytime, Aston was joined by regular contributor Anna Kennedy OBE from autism charity Annakennedyonline to chat All Things Autism for the month of February. They spoke to 2 singers with one of them auditioning for Eurovision. They also previewed the upcoming Autism Hero Awards which is taking at Holiday Inn Regent’s Park Hotel in London on Saturday 15th March.

Aston and Anna’s first guest was singer Just Jess.

Aston and Anna’s second guest was past Autism’s Got Talent Kian Butler.

Aston and Anna’s third guest was artist Dez.

Aston and Anna’s fourth guest was Victoria Lawrence.

We had four amazing guests this month . 

Our first guest was ‘Just Jess’ . A rising music sensation who has achieved over 10k streams on her breakout single ‘Bringing me Back to Life” 

 Jess is set to captivate listeners once again with the release of her latest track ‘ Friend’

Our second guest just back from San Marino the talented Kian Butler. Kian has released ‘If you dare’ and reached semi finals for San Marino Eurovision.

Kian was one of our past Autism’s got Talent performers abd would recommend performers audition for Autism’s got Talent 2025!!

Our third guest was the talented and creative Dez @loveartpix. Dez a past Autism Hero Award winner for Creative Arts and Media. 

Dez showcasinv his debut Art Exhibition where he will share his personal art collection in Manchester.There will be seven other neurodivergent artists in collaboration with Dez aged 11 to 60 years old.

Our final guest the lovely Victoria Lawrence founder of ‘Fathers of Joy’ Group in Kent. Victoria is a parent to a young autistic woman. 

I was recently invited to their group last summer where there were activities for children and adults during the summer holidays. 

Victoria shared that they have an upcoming event in April where families come together and enjoy music and thd joy of being together.

I also announced our finalists to our first Charity Autism Hero Award ‘Human Animal Bond Category’ sponsored by UK Pet Food. Our judges had the tough choice to choose a winner and two finalists.
