Autism show – July 2024
July’s edition of All Things Autism in Essex saw Aston and regular contributor Anna Kennedy OBE chat about their skydive they done over the weekend.
The first of Aston & Anna’s guests was author Tess Eagle Swan & her dog Kratu.
The second of Aston & Anna’s guest was writer Aisling Finn.
The third of Aston & Anna’s guest was Iones Inness.
Anna had this to say after the show:
“Another busy show in July for Aston and I talking ‘All things Autism in Essex’ on Gateway Radio.
Aston and I shared with our listeners about our experience on the charity skydive fundraiser. Aston, Lisa, Stacey and I had a wonderful and memorable skydive in Peterborough. We raised over £3250 and we would like to thank everyone who donated and sponsored us, we are so grateful.
Our first guest today is no stranger to Gateway Radio was Tess Eagle Swann Ambassador to AnnaKennedyonline with the wonderful Kratu. Tess shared her lovely news of the new edition to her family the lovely and talented Vega. Vega is 8 months old and already is proving herself to be an amazing Assistance dog.

Our second guest was Aisling Finn. She has two children. Her youngest was diagnosed with Leukodystrophy which is a rare brain disease that affects the myelin sheath production in the brain. Ailin has written two poetry books about her lived experiences. The books are ‘Motherhood’ and ‘Hope’ available on Amazon. https://www.amazon.co.uk/stores/Aisling%20Finn/author/B09XDZYDRSOur last guest was Ione Inness who is the co founder of SEND Tutoring a private company that provides tuition to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. They work with children as young as three years old and up to twenty five years old.
