“Another busy ‘All things Autism in Essex’ with Aston on Gateway Radio. Amazing guests and lots of information shared.

“We celebrated Neurodiversity Week of which the founder is one of our charity Ambassadors Siena Castellon. I remember when this idea was a seed in 2018 and we spoke about it on Gateway and Womens Radio.

“Our first guest was another of my charity Ambassador’s Ethan Khumalo . He shared his experience of being on the Chris Packam Documentary ‘Inside my Autistic Mind’ His mum Pershy also shared about what the experience was like for her and how proud she is of Ethan as are we at Annakennedyonline.

“The documentary is in 2 parts and still available to watch on BBC I Player.

“Our next guest was the lovely Jo-Ann D’Costa-Manuel, Charity Ambassasdor to The John Caudwell Foundation. I met Jo Ann quite a few years ago when she was starting out on her journey with her autistic son Cruzy. I cannot believe he is 14 now. Time flies!

“Jo-Ann is personal charity ambassador to John Caudwell and currently runs his exclusive project ‘The Life-Changers Circle’. The circle is an intimate group of philanthropists and dedicated humanitarians using their resources to a make a difference to people’s lives.

“Jo-Ann is passionate about supporting disabled children and has personally run both national and international projects to raise awareness and implement practical change and public perception.

“Jo-Ann is respected by both professionals and parents in her field for the ground-breaking work achieved. She also volunteers her time to parent groups in Africa and India and is driven to support the most vulnerable in society.

“She is a parent of two and her youngest son has a diagnosis of Autism. Jo-Ann understands at grass roots the hidden plights of disabled children and families and is passionate about early intervention and enabling all children to reach their full potential.
